Softur developed a dynamic website-template concept called Clavis CMS. Built with responsive technology, it provides a website structure for selling travel services from its initial installation. You can then make the changes you need independently.

CLAVIS modules fall into two main segments: B2B and B2C

B2B, or Clavis for agencies

• Users must log in, so each agency sees and operates under its own commercial terms.
• The workflow supports multiple products, allowing travel agents to build and continually adjust a tailored quote.
• Online quotes or purchases are recorded directly in the account.

B2C, or Clavis for direct consumer sales

• Access is open, so all users see the same price list.
• The purchase flow handles one product at a time to simplify sales and avoid confusing customers.
• The sale is completed upon confirmation of the online credit-card payment.

For both B2B and B2C, Softur offers separate modules for air travel, hotels, services and tours.

Clavis Web Account Statement

Customers can log in to view the statements for their bookings, see allocated payments and download PDF invoices.

Clavis Flight Sales

Softur's online flight-sales module handles content from AMADEUS, SABRE, GOL and KIU. For Amadeus, the original material also describes integration and website certification services.

Clavis Tour Sales

Softur has developed package integrations so your website can offer complete tours using content from wholesalers, GDS providers and/or your own inventory.

Clavis Hotel Sales

A web module for selling accommodation through direct agreements and data preloaded in the management systemiTraffic. In addition to direct hotel agreements, CLAVIS interfaces can connect hotel brokers, complementing your rates and availability with those from brokers and channel managers.

Clavis Service Sales

Hotel sales often need optional services. With Clavis Service Sales, customers can, for example, add transfers to their hotel booking.

Clavis Online Payments

Integrated with international payment platforms (Equifax, NPS, Safety Pay, PayPal and TransBank), Clavis Online Payments lets you and your customers collect booking payments by credit card.

Clavis MercadoPago and TodoPago

Clavis integrates with MercadoPago and TodoPago, letting customers pay online using their payment options while the collection workflow closes automatically in iTraffic.

Clavis Reel (Online Statistical Reports)

A management-control tool for accessing reports from an internet-connected mobile device or computer.

Clavis Mobile (Online Sales from Mobile Devices)
