WebServices CONNECTOR (KERNEL WS)
When choosing a management system, it is important to consider your future plans. Your immediate needs may not require third-party integrations, but these could become necessary in the short or long term.

A WebService KERNEL is a non-visual tool that lets iTraffic communicate with other tools, websites and third-party systems.
The Kernel comprises web-service methods for different tasks: publishing a rate, checking availability, generating a quote, creating a booking, modifying it or cancelling it, among others.
Acquiring KERNEL WS gives your agency a foundation for integrations. Connections can be one-way or two-way: the Kernel can publish your products through an online sales channel or connect iTraffic to content providers such as another iTraffic system, a hotel broker or a GDS company.
Each integration has its own structure and complexity, so integrations are handled independently as small projects.
Check the commercial proposal to confirm whether Kernel WS is included in the quote. It is not included by default with the purchase of iTraffic.

Technically, web services expose queries and updates to the iTraffic database over the internet, which can be called from ASP or PHP pages.
Each query and update requires parameters described in the technical specifications for the available services and methods.
The service provided by SOFTUR has no visual interface. All required data-entry and output interfaces must be developed by your internal or external team.
